Dayeon Auh (Leipzig) is an artist making books for adults and children. She catches small, quiet moments that people usually forget. Her work follows lost and forgotten things, giving them shape and a place to be held again, through the book as her medium. Dayeon Auh studied as a Meisterschülerin at the University of Art Berlin. Her debut picturebook was named one of the best illustrated picturebooks of the year by The New York Times and the New York Public Library in 2025.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
