Spontaneous Architecture is a selection of architectural doodles drawn between 2020 and 2026 and gathered from a number of sketchbooks. Created intuitively and without premeditation, these drawings emerged as a form of relaxation, often while sitting in the kitchen with a cup of tea or at a café.

Jon Koko is a Swedish artist whose work ranges from evocative landscape paintings to paper-based house models and sculptural objects. Across different media, his work is guided by a fascination with the unintentional beauty of everyday surroundings, with a particular interest in the accidental poetry of the built environment.
